We have developed a central monitoring system with care providers, care facilities and NDIS in mind. The monitoring system enables carers to have access from a computer, smart phone or tablet from anywhere in the world and be able to see the status of monitored devices. It will show if the client is in bed, out of bed, away or home. It will give carers the ability to see if they have requested assistance or if an emergency situation is active.
Basic control can also be obtained such as opening and closing doors, heating and cooling control, basic TV control, lighting control and more.
Notifications can be sent to multiple people when assistance is required or an emergency situation has been activated. Each type of event is customised depending on the level of care needed by each client.
